What you'll need to upload after submitting:

1. Photo ID — passport or driving licence
2. Proof of address — utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months

Once you submit this form you'll be given a secure link to upload these documents. It only takes a minute and can be done from your phone or computer.
